A fifth-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and a graduate of the Intellectual Property and New Media Law programme at the same university. She was awarded a scholarship to participate in an international academic exchange at the University of Wollongong in Australia.
She focuses her practice on advising entities in the FinTech sector, with an emphasis on new technology law, commercial law, and intellectual property law.
She has gained professional experience in both private practice and as a junior in-house counsel at a FinTech company. Her responsibilities included drafting legal opinions, internal policies, and a wide range of commercial agreements (including outsourcing, licensing, and implementation contracts). She was also responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, in particular with regard to AML and DORA requirements, and supported contractual negotiations with external counterparties.
She provides legal assistance in both Polish and English.
