Lawyer. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. He has completed postgraduate studies organised by the Jagiellonian University (Information and Personal Data Security in Administration and Business), the University of Silesia (Tokenisation and Process Automation in the Digital Economy), and the AGH University of Science and Technology (Data Analysis – Data Science).
Within the Fintech team, he advises on payment services law, banking law, as well as European financial law.
He specialises in new technologies law, in particular in the areas of personal data protection and cybersecurity. His portfolio includes participation in audits and implementations related to privacy protection. He has experience as an in-house lawyer in a leading company within a capital group. He also has supported individual clients. He has served as a Data Protection Officer in both public and private sector entities.
Auditor of management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, 27701 and 42001 standards. Certified Compliance Officer.
