Mr Olech is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.

A lawyer with extensive experience in providing day-to-day services to business entities in the field of civil, commercial, economic, tax and administrative law. He has many years of experience in litigation and representing parties before courts of all instances; participant in many negotiations. He has participated in seminars and trainings in the field of personal data protection.

An expert in this field, he conducts many trainings on topics related to the protection of privacy or personal data, also as part of EU projects, for public educational institutions and the tourism industry. Speaker at presentations on privacy on websites and services provided electronically. He has served as a data protection officer in a number of business entities.

He has experience in the field of new technologies and intellectual property law, financial market regulation law and regulations in the area of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism. He has advised companies providing their services in the field of electronic payment instruments, financial services, payment services, and activities in the field of games of chance and betting.

He was the head of the legal and compliance department at one of the leading payment services on the Polish market for a domestic payment institution. For over a decade, he has been responsible for building internal processes and regulations within the organizational structures of the unit supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, including the implementation and management of corporate governance principles and ongoing cooperation within the capital group with one of the largest banks in Poland. He has participated in numerous proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority as a representative of payment institutions.
