Ms Sochacka is a graduate of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, Faculty of Law, Administration and International Relations. After completing her attorney-at-law training, she was registered as an attorney at law.
She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive services to entrepreneurs, civil litigation and commercial law, as well as in handling areas related to labour law, personal data and e-commerce. She has participated in audits and implementations of personal data protection both in small businesses and in capital groups with a complex structure, in particular from the financial services sector.
Ms Sochacka has also provided legal services to companies from the textile, medical, construction and food industries. She has conducted many training sessions on labour law for HR departments in companies. She also has extensive experience in commercial registration proceedings.
