Mr Gaczoł is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, where he participated in the ERASMUS + international exchange studying at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in Croatia. He is registered on the list of trainee attorneys at the District Bar Council in Cracow.
He specializes in corporate law, real estate law and civil proceedings. He has participated in providing legal services to business entities in court and administrative proceedings, including registration of companies and construction investments.
He has extensive experience in drafting contracts, preparing legal opinions on civil and administrative law, as well as appeals in administrative and administrative court proceedings. His professional experience also includes conducting due diligence on real estate, businesses as well as drafting land and mortgage applications.
He provides services in Polish and English.
