Mr Ankus is a graduate of the Law Institute of the College of Economics, Finance and Law at the Cracow University of Economics. At ftl, he is a member of the FinTech team, where he carries out projects on, among other things, the implementation of new regulations in financial institutions, such as the Digital Infrastructure Operational Accessibility Act (DORA).
He specialises and practices in payment service law, banking law, regulation of new technologies, personal data protection and cyber security, as well as civil and business law.
He has many years of experience in legal and regulatory consulting for financial institutions, particularly in the area of regulated outsourcing in the banking and payment market. As part of projects for financial market entities and their subcontractors, he has prepared and negotiated numerous regulated financial services agreements, including those involving complex implementations of innovative functionalities. He has participated in implementations and ongoing advice on regulations related to the outsourcing of financial services, in particular the EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and the FSA's Cloud Communiqué.
Author of publications on financial services law.
