Ewa Kulesza is a third-year advocate trainee and a graduate of the law school (Master of Laws) at the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate programme in new technologies law at Kozminski University.

Ewa specializes in advice concerning personal data protection to entities from a variety of sectors, including in particular e-commerce, insurance and finance. She has extensive experience in data protection implementation, maintenance and audit projects. Working with clients, she has prepared multiple legal opinions, contracts and recommendations concerning personal data protection and consumer regulations – both regarding clients’ core and supporting operations (e.g. marketing and HR) – and advising on interdisciplinary projects related to the new technologies, such as cloud computing. She also has acquired experience in telecommunications law.

Ewa also advises on administrative proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and liaising with that authority, including supporting clients during the authority's inspections, in handling and reporting personal data protection breaches, and in cases related to data subjects’ complaints. She also has experience in administrative court proceedings before Voivodeship Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
