Mr Ząbczyk is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration. Winner of numerous competitions and legal awards. Lawyer recommended in the international ranking Legal 500 (2022) in the field of banking and finance.
He specialises in the regulation of financial markets, including banking law, payment services law and regulations on anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism, as well as intellectual property, new technologies and civil law.
He has many years of experience in regulatory, financial and transactional consulting. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with the banking and FinTech sectors. He has participated in many licensing proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and advised in numerous projects for financial market entities, including due diligence and M&A transactions.
Mr Ząbczyk also provides legal and business advisory services for start-ups. He is active in associations and organisations supporting the development of entrepreneurship and innovation.
